CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
This cancellation and rescheduling policy describes under which circumstances and conditions a photoshoot can be canceled or rescheduled and how requests should be submitted.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your photoshoot free of charge within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before it starts. In all other circumstances, you will need to book a new slot online.
Weather Conditions
If the weather conditions create a safety concern, the photoshoot can be rescheduled to a different date or time. Alternatively, the photoshoot can also be held indoors.
Late Arrival
If you are late for up to 30 minutes, we will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, the photoshoot will be canceled, and the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Canceling
You can cancel your photoshoot free of charge within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before it starts. In all other circumstances, the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.

This cancellation and rescheduling policy may be updated from time to time. Please, regularly check this policy to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by e-mail at: vicdendi@gmail.com. No rights can be derived from requests that have not been made by e-mail.
